ROGERS — Carol J. Batig Kellner entered the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, October 30, 2018. Born June 13, 1935 in Cleveland, Ohio, she is reunited in heaven with her parents Herbert E. and Ferne M. (nee Larsen) Batig, husband of 40 years, Fred, grandson, Jeremiah and great-grandson, Kamrin. Carol is survived by her children, Cynthia Brow, Ronald (Kathleen) Osiek and Kimberly (Sivert) Rafter, 9 grandchild­ren, 9 great-grandchild­ren, her brothers, Charles (Julianna), Richard and Raymon (Margaret) Batig and many other family and friends. A celebratio­n of Carol’s life will be held Friday, November 16, at New Hope Assembly of God, 2626 W. New Hope, Rogers at 10 a.m. Arrangemen­ts by Benton County Memorial Park, Rogers. SPRINGDALE — Lawrence Raymond “Ray” Bartlett, 79, of Springdale, went home to be with his Savior Jesus Saturday, Nov. 10, 2018. He was born in Hagerman, New Mexico, December 2, 1938. He lived many places in the Western U.S. where he spent years working as an Orchardist and an entreprene­ur. He made Arkansas his permanent home nearly 30 years ago where he explored various fields such as a paint instructor, factory worker, security guard, and all-around handyman.

Ray was a Bob Ross certified instructor who loved to paint and garden, an award winning speech writer, and was quite the craftsman builder. He attended the Bible Study Fellowship Evening Men’s Class in Springdale over the last several years where he loved learning from God’s word. He also loved online sermons and his home church at Berean Baptist Church of Springdale. Ray was honorably discharged from the Air Force in May 1965 after 11 faithful years of service to our country. He was preceded in death by his parents, 7 siblings, and one son Donald Ray Bartlett.

He is survived by his wife Connie Bartlett of the home, 6 children, Sherry (Kelvin) Marsden of Tacoma Wash., Barbara McGuire of Fayettevil­le Ark., R.B. Deleon of Burbank Calif., Natasha (Randy) Moore of Jackson Mo., Cheryl (Randy) Quaintance of Gentry Ark., and one sibling Damon (Joy) Bartlett of Duncan, Okla., and 10 grandchild­ren and 15 great grandchild­ren.

At Ray’s request a private family gathering was held in lieu of a public service. The family requests that memorials in his name go to Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale.

SPRINGDALE — Judy Kay Foulk, 68, of Springdale passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. She was born September 23, 1950, in Springdale to Clarence and Verla Bowlin Baker.

Judy was a homemaker. She loved the Lord with all her heart. She was a caregiver for many years and a Pastors wife for twenty years. She loved her grandchild­ren and children very much.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Lonnie Dewayne Foulk and one brother, Danny Baker.

Survivors include her husband Darrell Foulk of the home; two sons, Darrell Dean Foulk and wife Anna of Springdale and Marty Foulk and wife Tanya of Georgia; four brothers, three sisters, five grandchild­ren, Isaac, Jordan, Tobin, Tessa and Tamerika; and one great grandchild, Heaven Nicole Foulk.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale. Burial will follow in Burkshed Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home.

SPRINGDALE — Jessie Lee Lynch, 75, of Springdale passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayettevil­le. She was born March 26, 1943, to Jesse and Henryetta Ingraham.

She worked for Tyson Foods and she was a member of Calvary Freewill Baptist Church in Springdale.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Sterling Earl Bowlin, her parents, her brothers, Gene Ingraham and Kenneth Ingraham.

Survivors include her husband Kenneth Lynch of the home; two daughters Melinda Ball and husband Larry and Cynthia Arnold and husband Robert; four grandchild­ren, Sheena Ball, Robby Arnold, Shania Arnold and Chris Ball; two great grandchild­ren, Issiah Ball and Spencer Ball; two sisters, Mary Lee Ellenbarge­r and Ruth Bowen and husband Bobby and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at 10 a.m. at Calvary Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Clark Snow and Pastor Dewayne Lane officiatin­g. Burial will follow in Burkshed Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale.

SPRINGDALE — Billy Williams, 81, of Springdale, died Saturday, November 10th, 2018. Billy is preceded in death by his wife Lea Williams and daughter Teresa Lynne Todd, and his parents, Clyde and Blanch Williams. Billy is survived by his four children, Sharon Croft and husband Skip, Michael Williams-Ramey and wife Rhonda, Melinda Banzhaf and husband Brett and Billy Wayne Williams Jr., two sisters Mildred Ward and husband James and Patsy Keller and husband B.J., 16 grandchild­ren and 16 great grandchild­ren. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 13th from 6-8 p.m. at Westfield Chapel Funeral Home, 3236 W. Huntsville Ave., Springdale, Ark., 72762.

WEST FORK — Loy Jones, 72, of West Fork passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018, at his home. He was born September 20, 1946 in Fayettevil­le to Donald and Thelma Jones.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Linda Lou Jones; and a niece, Mirinda Jones.

Loy was an U.S. Army veteran serving as a combat engineer. He was a member of Liberty 86 Church.

He is survived by three sons, Jason Lee Jones and wife, Alyssa Anne of Lowell, David Nelson Jones and wife, Evelyn of West Fork and Thomas Wayne Jones and wife, Valarie of Centerton; a brother, Gary Jones; a sister, Carola Courtney; and 5 grandchild­ren, Zayd’n, Brynnea, Izetta, Farren and Sevyn.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at Beard’s Chapel with Pastor L.V. Vickery officiatin­g.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service-time on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at the funeral home.

Interment will follow in West Fork Cemetery under the direction of Beard’s Chapel with military honors.
