Governor announces appointmen­ts

Gov. Asa Hutchinson this week announced the following appointmen­ts:

■ To the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board, Terry McCallie, Carlisle, who replaces Ron Craft, and Gordon Cunningham, West Helena, who replaces Joseph Cunningham. Their appointmen­ts expire Jan. 14, 2023.

■ To the Arkansas Forestry Commission, Steven Anthony, Fordyce, whose appointmen­t expires Jan. 14, 2024, and who replaces Sam Snead; and Allen Bedell, Hot Springs, whose reappointm­ent expires Jan. 14, 2028.

■ To the Advisory Committee on Petroleum Storage Tanks, John Goings, Little Rock, and Vanessa Crossfield, North Little Rock. Their reappointm­ents expire Dec. 31, 2023.

■ To the Arkansas Social Work Licensing Board, Betty Guhman, North Little Rock, who replaces Dr. Meenakshi Budhraja; and Dr. Debra Hurd, Fayettevil­le, who was reappointe­d. Their terms expire June 30, 2022.

■ To the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission, James Gaston, Greenwood, who replaces Jerry Hunton; and Fred Fowlkes, Vilonia, who was reappointe­d. Their terms expire Jan. 14, 2026.

■ Alex Lieblong, Conway, and Michael Post, Altus, to the Racing Commission. Their reappointm­ents expire Jan. 14, 2024.

■ To the Arkansas Waterways Commission, Phyllis Harden, Redfield, who replaces Harvey Joe Sanner and whose appointmen­t expires Jan. 14, 2026; and Kenneth Cowling, Texarkana, who replaces William Varner and whose appointmen­t expires Jan. 14, 2022.

■ Megan Tollett, Bryant, to the board of trustees of Henderson State University. Appointmen­t expires Jan. 14, 2026. Replaces Deborah Nolan.
