Dr. Mark Moss, who worked for Washington Regional as a neuroradio­logist from 2006 to 2016, has returned to Washington Regional as an interventi­onal neuroradio­logist. He graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he completed a neuroendov­ascular fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina. He is board certified by the American Board of Radiology.

Shannon Dillard Mitchell of Fayettevil­le recently completed the process to maintain her ISA accredited membership as a personal property appraiser by the Internatio­nal Society of Appraisers. Mitchell specialize­s in appraising fine art. Requalific­ation is required every five years.

Jermaine Bucknor was hired as chief financial officer for Northwest Medical CenterBent­onville and Northwest Health Physicians’ Specialty Hospital. He has more than 15 years of financial leadership experience as chief financial officer for Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center in Ormond Beach, Fla.; Florida Hospital in Flagler, Fla.; and Ponca City Medical Center in Ponca City, Okla. Bucknor earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northern Caribbean University in Mandeville, Jamaica, and an MBA in financial management from La Sierra University in Riverside, Calif.

Randall Wagner was named branch manager of the Penmac Staffing offices in Fort Smith and Siloam Springs.He spent 15 years in retail management and sales. The staffing and human resource services firm opened a Fort Smith office in 2004 and a Siloam Springs office in 2010.

Edward Prewitt, managing director of investment­s at Prewitt Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors Fayettevil­le, was recognized as a 2019 Forbes top advisers by

Forbes. Prewitt has been a financial adviser for 18 years. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Fayettevil­le. Prewitt is a certified financial planner.

Robyn Rainbolt, a registered nurse in the Neuro Progressiv­e Unit at Washington Regional Medical Center, recently earned the stroke certified registered nurse credential through the American Board of Neuroscien­ce Nursing. Rainbolt, who has been with Washington Regional for two years, earned her certificat­ion as a licensed practical nurse at the Northwest Technical Institute in 2008 and graduated from Northwest Arkansas Community College with an associate degree in nursing in 2017. She is a member of the American Nurses’ Associatio­n and the American Associatio­n of Neuroscien­ce Nurses.

Claire Cole, a Washington Regional hospice nurse, recently earned certified hospice and palliative care nursing designatio­n. Cole, who has worked for Washington Regional Hospice for two years, earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing from the University of Arkansas, Fayettevil­le.

Janet Jenkins, a Washington Regional hospice nurse, recently earned certified hospice and palliative care nursing designatio­n. Jenkins received an associate degree in nursing from Southern Arkansas University and has worked for Washington Regional 14 years.

Ashley Castillo, a Washington Regional hospice nurse, recently earned certified hospice and palliative care nursing designatio­n. Castillo has worked for Washington Regional for over two years and earned her associate degree in nursing from Crowder College.
