APT reveals season
Komen kicks off preparations
Trike Theatre patrons gathered for an evening of Laughter and Libations on March 1 at Record in Bentonville. The more than $60,000 raised that evening will go to support the group’s mission of empowering “youth to forge deep connections with themselves, their community and the world by seeing, participating in and learning through theater” and will help ensure that programs are accessible to all children.
The group recently announced that registration is open for their Theatre Academy classes and summer camps. Offerings include Paw Patrol Camp for grades pre-K through second; Harry Potter Camp for grades three through eight; Shakespeare Camp for grades three through 12; Musical Theatre Camp: Mary Poppins Jr. for grades four through 12; and Production Camp: The Internet is a Distract — OH LOOK A KITTEN for grades three through eight. Partial scholarships are available.
Among those laughing it up to support the theater’s programs were Kassie Misiewicz and Daniel Hintz, Jennifer and Kenton Ross, Christopher Stashuk and Marla Johnson, Celia Swanson, Stephanie Funk, Mildred and Bill Rogers, Virginia Germann, Paul Savas, Brad Kingsley, Jill and Jason Suel, Florence and Scott Galbraith, Jenni Taylor-Swain and David Swain, Meredith Lowry, Melody Martens, Karen Stuckey and Sheila Neil.
