Employees were not lathering with soap long enough while washing hands; an employee did not wash hands between tasks. The front handwashin­g sink was obstructed with a bucket of soapy water. Lettuce was stored at room temperatur­e. Food in the prep table was not at 41 degrees or below; food in the walk-in cooler was not at 41 degrees or below.
