NWA Boutique Show Moves to Rogers

November 22-23 at the JQH Convention Center

A girls’ outing doesn’t get any better than this! The season’s most popular shopping event returns for its 13th year. The big news this year is the move to the John Q. Hammons Convention Center in Rogers.

“I love how the NWA Boutique Show kicks off the holiday season and puts everyone in such a happy mood,” says event décor chair Kathy Wetsell.

“This will be the first year for us at JQH and we are so excited to have more parking, more shopping—with more than 165 boutiques under one roof—and lots of great restaurant options surrounding the venue,” producer K.C. Pummill notes.

“Shoppers will find home décor, clothing, gourmet food, children’s items, art, furniture, and unique creations by local artisans.”

“It’s so fun to find all the best gifts in one spot and knock out all my Christmas shopping,” says social media coordinator Julie Smith. “The merchants work hard to bring their best, and I can always find something for just about everyone.”

Donations coordinator, Paula Wetzel, says she loves the opportunity to support local small shops through the show. Originally created as a way for local businesses to gain exposure, the show has grown into a holiday tradition.Plus, it’s for a good cause. Over the years, the show has donated tens of thousands of dollars to local charities.

At the VIP Shopping Event, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 22, shoppers get first dibs on all the fabulous selections! They’ll enjoy live Christmas jazz, a swag bag, and samples from Basecamp Coffee Company, Sam’s Club, Chicken Salad Chick and Ella’s Dips. They will also receive free return admission ALL weekend and the chance to win amazing door prizes!

During “Girls Night Out” on Friday evening, November 22, 5:00 – 9:00 p.m., shoppers will enjoy a live DJ and cash bar, with savory treats from JJ’s Grill, Local Lime, Big Orange, Lost Forty Brewing, Nestle Waters, Tacos 4 Life and Slim Chickens!

General admission is just $5 and kids under 12 are free, Friday, 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, 9:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m.
