- Special to Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

What makes Christmas so magical? One reason Christmas is a special season is the sheer joy felt from giving, especially to children. The NWA Holiday Market, November 15-16 at the NWA Convention Center in Springdale, will be a shopping wonderland with a unique opportunity to contribute to children right here in the Northwest Arkansas area. With 150 booths of gifts, food, clothing, jewelry, décor, health and beauty, children’s items and much more, the NWA Holiday Market will be THE holiday one stop shop for mom, dad, grandma, the kids and—don’t forget—yourself!

One hundred percent of the door admissions will go to support the Children’s Safety Center of Washington County’s mission to assist abused and neglected children. The NWA Holiday Market stands with the Children’s Safety Center in restoring dreams to area children. There is no better investment than contributing to a child’s future!

Santa will be making appearances on both Friday and Saturday. The big man will be ready for photo ops and to hear those special wish lists. Come shop, mingle and jingle at the NWA Holiday Market November 15-16th, located in the Northwest Arkansas Convention Center in Springdale, knowing that by simply shopping you are restoring joy to children in NWA. Shopping hours will be Friday, November 15th, 9 am-9 pm and Saturday, November 16th, 9 am-6 pm.
