BERRYVILLE — John Edward Gregson Jr. of Berryville, Ark., was born April 4, 1969, to John Edward and Joyce Ann (Watson) Gregson Sr. John passed away Oct. 18, 2019, in Berryville, Ark., at age 50.

On Aug. 11, 2004, John was united in marriage to Regina Gale Castleberr­y Gregson who survives him. He is also survived by daughter Mia Gregson of Berryville; son John Gregson III of Berryville; father John Edward Gregson Sr. of Wynne; sisters Ann-Marie Magre and husband Nate of Fayettevil­le and Alexa O’Leary and husband Pat of Fayettevil­le; nephews Mathew Magre, Sean O’Leary, Austin O’Leary and Colby O’Leary; niece Lauren Magre.

John was preceded in death by his mother, paternal grandparen­ts Mr. and Mrs. F.J. Gregson and maternal grandparen­ts Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Watson.

FARMINGTON — On Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2019, Richard Lee Romero passed away at age 72 after an unexpected illness. Richard was born on March 19, 1947, in Richfield, Utah, to Forrest and Aline (Bennett) Romero.

After serving a tour of duty in the Navy, Richard received his landscape architectu­re and planning degree from Oklahoma State University. On Nov. 29, 2003, he married his soulmate Regina (Vincelette) Romero and was

truly blessed to share the remainder of his life with her.

Richard loved spending time with family and friends listening to live music, dancing, gardening, visiting history and war memorials, as well as traveling the world. He was a steward of the earth and his community due to his belief that humanity has an obligation to pay it forward.

This belief could be seen through his involvemen­t in many charitable organizati­ons and volunteer positions in Fayettevil­le and the surroundin­g communitie­s. Richard will be remembered fondly for his love of learning, his quick wit, his infectious smile, and his kind, compassion­ate spirit.

Richard was preceded in death by his father, Forrest, mother Aline and brother Walter.

He is survived by his wife, Regina; children Quinci, Jacqui, Colin and Lena; seven grandchild­ren; three siblings, their spouses and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for Richard will be held 3 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, at Beard’s Funeral Chapel. Family and friends are welcome to a gathering with refreshmen­ts after the service to be held at 5 p.m. at WRMC Willard Walker Hospice House, 325 E. Longview St., Fayettevil­le, Ark.

PRAIRIE GROVE — Theresa M. Eubanks, age 93, of Prairie Grove, died Thursday, Oct. 24, 2019, at Willard Walker Hospice Home. She was born Jan. 19, 1926, in Bayonne, N.J., third from the bottom of nine children of William F. Murphy and Catherine McKenzie Murphy.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul, daughter Diane Eubanks Glaze, grandson David Edward Kinzer, great-granddaugh­ter Kelsie Paige Elkins, her parents brothers Bill, Justin and Eddie, and sisters Mary, Dorothy, Mildred, Pat and Agnes.

She is survived by daughter Lorraine and husband Eddie Kinzer of Prairie Grove; son-in-law Jack E. Glaze of

Clarksvill­e; granddaugh­ters Davina Glaze Brashears and Brent of Aiken, S.C., Heather Glaze Thompson and Brent of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Karol Kinzer Elkins and Craig of Bentonvill­e and Jennifer Kinzer Emerson and Ryan of Prairie Grove; great-grandchild­ren David, Alicia, Mary, Elizabeth, Emily, Emma, Maci and Jill; four great-great-grandchild­ren.

Visitation will be 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 27, 2019, at Moore’s Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Monday at Mount Comfort Church of Christ, followed by burial at Joyce Cemetery in Spring Valley, Ark., under the direction of Moore’s Chapel. SPRINGDALE — Mozelle Wilson, age 90, a resident of Springdale, Ark., previously of Prairie Grove, passed away Thursday, Oct. 24, 2019, at Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayettevil­le, Ark. She was born March 14, 1929, in Ringling, Okla., the daughter of Cecil E. and Eula Maude (Barnes) Lockwood.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Prairie Grove and was a lifelong quilter.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack C. Wilson, parents, brothers Joe and JD Lockwood and sisters Inez Lockwood and Bettye Billingsle­y.

Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law Jane and Larry Fisher of Bartlesvil­le, Okla., Sandy and Nelson Hodges of Arlington, Texas, and Donna and Tony Sbanotto of Tontitown, Ark.; sister Mary Lockwood of Ringling, Okla.; grandchild­ren John Jackson Hodges, Gayle Hodges Orr and husband Matt, Mary Ellen Wells and husband Jonathan and Phillip Edward Sbanotto and wife Ashley; great-grandchild­ren Jackson Hodges, Reagan Hodges, Ruby Wells and Audrey Sbanotto.
