About white privilege

All you Americans who suffer from the shame of white privilege, I have some advice for you: Don’t. White privilege is nothing but a construct of leftist muttonheads to make you feel pity for minorities and guilt for your life, whether good or bad.

How do you think your progeny will feel when all they’ve ever heard since birth is everything from slavery to black-on-black crime is their fault?

Blah, blah, blah, same old story, same old song and dance. Have you, your parents or grandparents ever owned slaves? No? Have you, your parents or grandparents ever known a slave? No, because slavery ended more than 150 years ago.

I do believe slavery was dreadful. I would like it immensely if it was not part of our past, but it is; however, white Americans today had nothing to do with it and have nothing to feel guilty about.

This country consists of millions of fine patriotic Americans of numerous races and ethnicities. Can’t we all just get along?

Also, it’s highly unlikely anyone born in this part of the world at any time during the last 500 years or so would have ever been born if Europeans had not come here. Our ancestors going back many generations would all have had to have met, loved, and married the same person as they actually did, and conceived the same children at the same time as they actually did (and let’s not disregard unwed mothers and adopted children). If Europeans had stayed in Europe, the odds of all that happening are astronomical.

So, if you like living, thank a white person. As for white privilege, I’ll say this about that: It is some kinda good. I like it. I love it. I want some more of it. Wink, wink. Smile.
