Fayetteville seeks to fill board vacancies
FAYETTEVILLE — The city is looking for volunteers to fill open spots on various boards, committees and commissions.
Twenty seats are open on 12 panels, including the Planning Commission, Housing Authority Board and Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.
The deadline to apply is 5 p.m. Nov. 15. Volunteers must live in the city. Those who aren’t registered voters must provide proof of residency.
Separate applications are required for each position.
Applications can be found online at bit.ly/fay4qvacancies2019 and emailed to cityclerk@fayetteville-ar.gov or mailed to the Office of the City Clerk at 113 W. Mountain St., Fayetteville, AR 72701. Call the city clerk’s office at 575-8323 for more information.
