Springdale Har-Ber 60, Rural Special 18

The Lady Wildcats rolled into the finals of the Clinton Tournament by crushing Rural Special on Thursday.

Sophomore Caylan Koons scored 15 points to lead Har-Ber (2-0) and freshman Pacious McDaniel scored 13. Addison Stubbs and Sophie Nelson scored 7 points each.

Rogers Heritage 64, Berryville 60

Lanee Knight poured in 26 of her game-high 32 points in the second half to lead the Lady War Eagles to a come-from-behind victory in their home opener.

Heritage (3-1) trailed 26-16 at halftime but tallied 48 second-half points behind Knight’s big game to rally for the win.

Knight hit seven 3-pointers — all in the second half. Alex Pabon chipped in 14 points for Heritage. Lexy Anderson led Berryville (4-1) with 22 points, including 18 in the second half. Lilli Compton added 19, including four 3-pointers. Berryville led 44-40 entering the fourth quarter, but Knight scored 12 points, all on 3-pointers, in the final quarter. Clarksvill­e 49, Sylvan Hills 46

The Lady Panthers dug out of an early hole and rallied past Sylvan Hills in the semifinals of the Vilonia Tournament on Thursday.

Clarksvill­e (3-1) advanced to the finals against Vilonia.

Autumn Miller led the way for the Lady Panthers with 14 points. Abby Domerese scored 11, and Kenleigh Rieder added 9.

Pea Ridge 46, Eureka Springs 24

Pea Ridge bolted to an 18-5 lead after one quarter and rolled on to defeat Eureka Springs in its home opener.

Blakelee Winn had 15 points and Aidan Dayberry 11 for the Lady Blackhawks (4-1), who led 28-10 at halftime and 34-14 after three quarters.

Jasper 54, Cotter 36

Emma Lewis had 16 points as Jasper earned third place in the Arvest Invitation­al with a victory over Cotter at Flippin.

Brooklyn Flud added 15 and Kaylee Reynolds 14 for the Lady Pirates (7-1), who jumped out to a 17-6 lead in the first quarter. Cotter pulled within 24-16 by halftime, but Jasper extended its lead to a 41-28 margin after three quarters.

Erica Montgomery had 10 to lead Cotter (3-6). Boys

Fort Smith Northside 65, Tulsa (Okla.) Memorial 50

Jaylin Williams scored a game-high 20 points to lead the Grizzlies to a win Thursday night over Tulsa Memorial.

Williams, a 6-10 senior, added 16 rebounds to complete a double-double before fouling out.

Jacob Joe added 13 points for Northside and Noah Gordon had 10 and Gordon had 11 rebounds and 3 assists.

Gravette 64, De Queen 44

The Lions went 2-1 in the Greenwood Classic by blasting De Queen on Thursday.

Brayden Trembly scored 14 points for Gravette (2-2) and Johnny Dunfee finished with 13. Greenwood 52, Clarksvill­e 49 (OT)

Jayce Garnes poured in a game-high 21 points to lead the Bulldogs to the narrow victory in the H.B. Stewart Classic on Thursday.

Sam Forbus also added 13 points for Greenwood, which trailed 35-33 after three quarters. Owen Ashlock led the Panthers with 17 points and 11 rebounds, while Cole Clark chipped in 12 points. Jasper 66, Lead Hill 33

Jasper used an 18-3 run in the second quarter to pull away from Lead Hill and roll to a victory during Wednesday’s game at the Arvest Invitation­al in Flippin.

The outburst helped the Pirates (3-5) turn a sixpoint lead into a 34-13 halftime cushion.

Chris Carter led three Jasper players in double figures with 17, followed by Logan Reynolds with 14 and Nick Larimer with 10. Gavin Dickey paced Lead Hill (4-6) with 12 and T.J. Catron added 10.
