It all began in January 2000 in St. Petersburg, Florida, where founders, Tim Curci and Chris Parker, opened the very first Bonefish Grill, born out of their shared love for catching, cooking and serving fresh fish. Bonefish Grill was founded on perfecting every detail for you, because they believe that a great meal is more than just food on a plate. It is the entire experience from start to finish, from seasonal fresh fish, to hand-crafted cocktails, to the personaliz­ed, memorable service.

Since opening, the award-winning restaurant has grown to more than 200 locations across the country. Fortunatel­y for the Northwest Arkansas region, one of those locations is convenient­ly located right in Rogers.
