BELLA VISTA — Gary Michael Crouse, 65, of Bella Vista, passed away March 30, 2020. He was born March 13, 1955, to the late Norman and Louise Crouse.
Mike is survived by his wife, Ann; son Jeremy Crouse (Sarah); daughter Sara Ramos; brothers Reggie and Kevin Crouse; and two granddaughters, Olivia Lisemby and Emery Crouse.
Mike was a graduate of the University of Arkansas and spent many years working in the environmental health and safety field. His faith in God was strong and was the most important part of his life. His soul was saved by his faith in Jesus and is now resting and rejoicing in heaven.
Mike was an amazing husband, father and grandfather. He genuinely loved life, and lived each day with joy and resiliency. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. His impact on those who love him is immeasurable and we are all better for having had him in our lives.

BENTONVILLE — Betty Jean Adams Sass, age 72, of Bentonville, Ark., was born April 13, 1947, in Roaring Spring, Pa.
She lived in Hacienda Heights, Calif., and later moved to Bentonville, Ark., in 1980. Betty was a graduate of Lapuenta High School and worked at the Mattel Toy Company. She was a big fan of country music and especially Elvis.
Betty was united in marriage to Marion Sass, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded by daughter Michelle in 2016; son Anthony in 1978; one sister and two brothers.
Betty is survived by her sister; two grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home of Rogers.
EUREKA SPRINGS — Shirley Kay Bunnell, age 68, of Eureka Springs died Monday, March 30, 2020, at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers. She was born Jan. 19, 1952. Survivors include her wife, Bonnie L. James, and many
SPRINGDALE — Thomas Ray Smith, 58, of Springdale passed away Tuesday at his home. He was born Nov. 9, 1961, in Corpus Christi, Texas, the son of Edward and Margaret Peeples Smith. WEST FORK — Edwin Leo Logsdon, age 97, passed away at his home Wednesday, April 1, 2020. He was born March 31, 1923, in Beebe, Ark., to Vivien and Nancy (McCord) Logsdon.
He was preceded in death by his four brothers, two sisters and daughter Beth Teague.
Edwin was the Arkansas marble champion at 13 and beat the world champion back in the 1930s. During high school, he made all state pitcher for baseball and became the state baseball champion.
After graduating from Des Arc High School, Edwin went on to take his teaching certificate exam and helped in filling the need for teachers during WWII from 1942-47. Following his teaching career, he became a contractor and owned his own business for more than 50 years.
His favorite pastimes included gardening, fishing and, most of all, hunting. He was often attending auctions on the weekends to find tools he could add to his collection. He was not only a devoted member of Zinnamon Church in West Fork, but he also held the position of elder.
He is survived by his loving wife of 73 years,
Faye (Willis) Logsdon of the home; his children, Tommy Logsdon and wife Betty of Springdale, Karen Daugherity of West Fork and Jim Logsdon and wife Tina of Springdale; brother Billy Logsdon of California; grandchildren Sarah Logsdon, Rebecca Muenich and husband Mike, Anthony Daugherity, Emily Nichols and husband Kody, Amy Hanning and husband Corbin and Chris Teague and Michael Teague; eight great-grandchildren; and son-in-law Leonard Teague.
A private graveside service will be held at Zinnamon Cemetery in West Fork. A memorial service will be held at a later date. WINSLOW — Wilma Smith, age 89, of Winslow passed away March 27, 2020, in Fayetteville, Ark. She was born June 3, 1930, in Catoosa, Okla., to Lenard Guy and Sylvia Jewell Purser.
She was a former member of the Blackburn Church for many years.
Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Wallace Purser, Tommy Purser and Charles Purser and sister Opal Clark.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Conrad Smith; son Tommy Bonner and wife Bonnie of Monte Vista, Colo.; daughter Janice Clark of West Fork; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren and special friends, the Robinson family.
