Christina Lang has been promoted to general manager of TAC Air’s fixed-base operation at the Fort Smith Regional Airport. She began her career in aviation at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Ariz., where she studied aeronautical science. She completed her commercial pilot certificate while working in Arizona and New Mexico.

Karen Jeffers has been chosen to oversee the Department of Financial Aid and Veterans Benefits at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. She earned her bachelor of science in agriculture business management at California State Polytechnic University at Pomona in 1997 and her associate of science in agriculture business management from Bakersfield College in California in 1994.

Laura Rudicel was recently hired as director of marketing for the law firm Conner & Winters LLC. She will provide strategic oversight for all firm marketing and communications efforts. Rudicel received a bachelor of arts in film and media studies from Emory University in Atlanta.

Sean T. Keith, a lawyer with Keith Law Group of Rogers, was presented the Golden Gavel Award by Arkansas Bar Association for his service to the legal profession, recognizing his work as chairman of the Arkansas Bar Association Jurisprudence Committee.

Stephanie Simpson has been promoted to director of operations for the Walmart AMP. She will be responsible for operational set-up and execution of events, managing more than 200 front-ofhouse personnel, developing policies and procedures for the venue and customer service and safety of staff and patrons.

John Fieldly has joined the board of directors for Glucose Health Inc. of Bentonville. He is the president and chief executive officer of Celsius Holdings Inc. of Boca Raton, Fla.
