Woman arrested near store in Little Rock

-

LITTLE ROCK — Police last week arrested 40-yearold Louisa Cagle of Hot Springs on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of an instrument of crime after she was seen yelling outside a Dollar Tree store on East Roosevelt Road, according to an arrest report.

Cagle could be heard yelling that the store had her Visa card and her winning lottery ticket, police said. According to the arrest report, Cagle told police she was the pope’s daughter, the president and Jesus Christ. Police also said she did not know Monday’s date or that Donald Trump is the president.

It’s unclear based on the arrest report what kind of instrument of crime Cagle is accused of having in her possession.
