CBHMF Fayetteville Welcomes New Agent Shyanne Montee

Doyle Yates, Managing Broker for the Fayetteville office of Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette, is pleased to welcome Shyanne Montee to his team. Shyanne was born and raised in NWA having lived in Bentonville, Gravette, and Fayetteville. After graduating from Gravette High School, she went on to play college softball at Crowder College in Neosho, MO before transferring to Southern Arkansas University and graduating with a Bachelors Degree in 2016. Shortly after, she married her best friend, Cody Montee, and moved to Chicago where she worked in the education field as a kindergarten-prep teacher before moving to Austin, Texas in 2018. While in Austin, she continued teaching Kindergarten-prep; but as much as she loved her students, she had finally decided that education probably wasn’t for her. She and her husband decided to move back to NWA! They loved Austin, but thought it was best to start a new career closer to friends and family. She loves talking with people and making new friends and had always had an interest in real estate and decided to set her sights on becoming a licensed Realtor. In her downtime Shyanne enjoys taking their dog (Gypsy) on hikes, playing golf, and doing DIY craft projects. Shyanne says, “I am looking forward to the real estate adventure and couldn’t be more excited to be a part of the Coldwell Banker team!
