Dr. Warren Bathke and his wife, Gladys, had a vision for a residential community to care for and honor the “Greatest Generation” for 15 years before it came to fruition with a grand opening held Sept. 9, 2007. The Meadows, a Level II, familyowned and operated Assisted Living Community, offers premier retirement living in beautiful Bentonville. With handicap accessibility throughout the 64 comfortable apartments, The Meadows is an award-winning 3 story community available to anyone 55 years and older. The Meadows is committed to providing the best possible care. Staff members go through in-depth training programs developed by Relias Learning to ensure that they provide quality training for quality care. “Relias has hundreds of courses from which to pick to help educate our staff,” stated Administrator Ann Standley. “We believe a well-educated staff is much better prepared to care for our residents.” The staff also has the option to get additional certificates on their own to continue their education through Relias. “This keeps them happy and allows for their growth,” noted Standley. Monthly rent includes many services for Independent and Assisted Living residents. Some of the services offered by The Meadows include: • Three meals daily and reminders for meals and activities.
