Mike Warner, Managing Broker for the Bentonville/Bella Vista office of Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette, is pleased to announce Ashley DeGraf and Stefan de Jong have joined his team.
Ashley moved to Northwest Arkansas when she was three, was raised in Decatur and attended Bentonville schools. She runs into her third grade teacher from time to time and greets her with a hug. She’s watched the towns in NWA go from small and rural to economically stimulating.
She has three children with whom she loves to spend her time. They love to play outdoors and take hikes through the trails. You can find her most of the year at the baseball fields with her sons.
“I’ve always been passionate about helping people. I am ecstatic about being able to help the neighbors in my community find a home. I am here to work for you. I will utilize my skills in communication and negotiation as well as my knowledge of the area to get you exactly what you want and bring the transaction to a successful closing. I believe in the importance of a comfortable agent-client relationship. My goal is to bring you peace of mind and make this transition as smooth as possible.”

Stefan is originally from the Netherlands and has lived in Northwest Arkansas since 2015. Having 12 years of experience in customer service and four years in management, affords him the ability to be a great listener and have expertise in helping people accomplish their goals.
Seeing how beautiful and flourishing Northwest Arkansas is, inspired him to help people find the perfect place to call home. When he is not actively helping clients achieve their goals, he loves to travel with his wife and has a passion for making wine and beer at home.

Diana grew up in Western Grove Arkansas, just south of Harrison and graduated from Arkansas Tech. She moved to Missouri to begin her teaching career, where she met my husband of 37 years. They have two daughters who graduated from University of Arkansas. After retiring from the Branson School District, they moved to the Northwest Arkansas area to be closer to their daughters and grandkids.
She spent 32 years in education, the last 13 being in administration. As a building principal, she worked hard to serve her staff, students, and parents, supporting them and guiding them through decision making processes and looks forward to using those skills to support her house buying/selling clients.
Dwight lived most of his life in Taney County, Missouri. He retired from Branson School District as the Physical Plant Director last July. They have built four new houses together and currently starting their fifth and hopefully last. Dwight and Diana both love touring houses, so they decided to try selling real estate as a new profession after retiring. Dwight says, “CBHMF was our choice because they are customer/client oriented and provide excellent training to get you started.”
Dwight has been heavily involved in building over $250 million worth of new schools and spent 10 years of his early life in commercial construction. “I feel I have a good background in residential and commercial construction and look forward to serving clients in achieving their real estate purchasing goals.”
