BENTONVILLE — Allen K. Crow,
age 65, of Sellersburg, Ind., and formerly of Bentonville, Ark, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 1, 2020, at his home with family at his side. He was born Oct. 5, 1954, in Fort Wayne, Ind., to Raleigh and Mary (Weddel) Crow.
In 1972, Allen graduated from Bloomington, Ind., High School and in 1981 graduated from the Indiana University School of Business. On Oct. 10, 1982, he married Lois Bolton.
Allen was in sales and marketing most of his career working with vendors to Walmart. He loved working with and restoring old cars and trucks, woodworking, traveling, reading and could fix anything. Allen was a member of the Sons and Daughters of Pearl Harbor Survivors and Hawaii had a special place in his heart. He had a strong faith in God that never faltered. He was a member of the St. John Paul II Church in Sellersburg. Allen was active in the Knights of Columbus and a 4th Degree Knight in Northwest Arkansas, and was proud to call many fellow Knights his true friends.
Allen’s parents predeceased him as well as a sister Kathaleen (Frederic) Milliken.
He is survived by his wife; his sister, Rosemary (William) Currie; his daughter, Erin (Mike) Blankenberger; and was Gramps to granddaughter Brynne Mason. He was also a favorite uncle to many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 22, 2020, at St. Stephen Church in Bentonville, Ark., with Monsignor Scott Marczuk presiding. Masks and all social distancing requirements will be followed. A graveside Committal service will be held at St. Joe Cemetery in Sellersburg, Ind., on Aug. 27, 2020, at 6 p.m. with Father Tom Clegg of St. John Paul II presiding.
