MOUNTAIN HOME 49, VAN BUREN 37

Bryce McKay accounted for five touchdowns as Mountain Home (3-3, 1-2 6A-West) put an end to its 14game conference losing streak.

McKay carried 31 times for 204 yards and 3 scores and completed 6 of 13 passes for 144 yards and 2 more touchdowns for the Bombers, who outgained Van Buren (3-3, 1-2) 475-446

Mountain Home trailed 24-21 at halftime.

Gage Hershberge­r ran 21 times for 102 yards and Logan Walker, who caught both of McKay’s touchdown passes, finished with 5 receptions for 144 yards for the Bombers.

Van Buren quarterbac­k Gary Phillips was 22 of 35 passing for 388 yards and 3 touchdowns. Jaiden Henry had 191 yards receiving for the Pointers and his brother Chi Henry added 150 receiving yards.

BIGELOW 35, MOUNTAINBU­RG 0

The Panthers (6-0, 3-0 2A-4) scored five touchdowns before halftime and shut out Mountainbu­rg (1-3, 1-2) on the road.

Brayden Jones rushed for two touchdowns, and Keithlin Brown scored once on the ground and another on a touchdown pass to Kimbrow Harrell. Hunter Alexander also had a rushing touchdown for Bigelow.

HUNTSVILLE 28, GRAVETTE 26

Gus Comer’s 1-yard touchdown run midway through the fourth quarter lifted Huntsville to a 4A-1 Conference victory over Gravette at Lion Stadium.

Comer’s score came after Gravette (1-5, 0-3) had taken a 26-21 lead on Cy Hilger’s 10-yard touchdown pass to Rhett Hilger with 8:32 remaining.

Brooks Wiggins and Justin Reynolds connected on touchdown passes of 59 and 45 yards, the latter coming earlier in the third quarter and giving Huntsville (3-3, 1-2) a 21-14 lead. Reynolds added a 31-yard touchdown in the first quarter after Gravette scored on the first offensive play, with Hilger hitting Cordell Donell with a 61-yard touchdown pass.

LAMAR 40, WALDRON 21

Brady James rushed for 230 yards and scored 4 touchdowns to lead the Warriors to a 4A-4 Conference win Friday night.

Lamar took a 26-14 lead into the halftime break and added two fourth-quarter touchdowns as the Warriors held off the Bulldogs in the second half.

Warriors quarterbac­k Landon Harrison was 7 of 11 passing for 113 yards and a touchdown pass to Justin Dillard, and Harrison also rushed for 63 yards and a touchdown for Lamar.

BOONEVILLE 40, MAYFLOWER 7

Chance Broussard and Randon Ray each rushed for over 100 yards to lead the Bearcats to the big win.

Ray finished with a game-high 151 yards on 20 carries with one touchdown. Broussard added 111 on just seven carries and two touchdowns. Ethan Wooldridge also added two touchdowns for the Bearcats (5-1), who led 25-0 late in the third quarter.

GREENLAND 36, LINCOLN 35

Gabe Wilson hit Ethan Gilbert with a 33-yard touchdown pass, then ran in the two-point conversion with under a minute remaining as Greenland edged Lincoln in a 3A-1 Conference game at Greenland.

Lincoln (3-3, 1-1) had taken a 35-27 lead on Levi Wright’s 1-yard touchdown run and two-point conversion pass to Weston Massey with 1:12 remaining. Greenland (4-2, 2-1) then drove 65 yards on four straight pass plays, capped by Wilson’s pass to Gilbert, then Wilson ran around the right side and dove into the end zone.

Wilson threw for 236 yards, ran for 52 more and accounted for three touchdowns (two throwing, one rushing). Jett Dennis also rushed for 130 yards on 23 carries and two touchdowns for the Pirates.

Sophomore Seth Center led the Greenland defense with 10 tackles, while Arkansas commit J.J. Hollingswo­rth had 4.5 tackles for loss.

CEDARVILLE 28, HACKETT 20

Three players rushed for over 100 yards as Cedarville rebounded from a tough loss to Charleston with a win over Hackett.

Junior Darryl Kattich led the way with 227 yards and two touchdowns on 28 carries. Kelin Mitchell had 137 yards and a touchdown on 11 carries and Hayden Partin added 106 yards and a touchdown on 20 attempts.

MORRILTON 35, FARMINGTON 21

Jackson Moll rushed for 292 yards and four touchdowns to help the Devil Dogs earn the victory.

Morrilton led 21-0 at halftime behind two Moll touchdowns. Farmington scored in the third quarter on a 4-yard pass from Tate Sutton to Devonte Donovan. Caden Elsik then scored twice in the fourth quarter for the Cardinals.

Elsik had an 11-yard touchdown run before catching a 24-yard scoring pass from Ian Cartwright to pull the Cardinals within 35-21 with less than a minute left in the game.

HARRISON 33, GREENBRIER 29

Brody Gilliam’s 3-yard touchdown run with just under 4 minutes remaining pushed Harrison past Greenbrier and claimed a 5A-West Conference victory at Greenbrier.

Harrison (5-1, 2-0) led 26-10 at one point after Cole Keylon’s 17-yard touchdown run, but Greenbrier scored 20 unanswered points and took a 2926 lead on Trey Haven’s 5-yard touchdown run with 7:28 remaining. The Goblins, however, answered on the ensuing drive with Gilliam’s run, then Kaden Quandt preserved the lead with his intercepti­on at the Harrison 8 with 1:25 remaining.

Keylon’s 9-yard run snapped a 7-7 tie with 2:12 before halftime, then he hit Noax Moix with a 70-yard touchdown pass on the second play of the second half.

OZARK 48, DARDANELLE 13

Harper Faulkenber­ry rushed for 198 yards and four touchdowns to help Ozark cruise to the 4A-4 Conference victory.

Faulkenber­ry accounted for more than 200 yards of total offense, including 198 on the ground on 25 carries. The Hillbillie­s (4-2, 2-0) rushed for 321 yards on 44 carries as a team in the victory.

Keystan Durning and Tyler Sanders keyed the Ozark defense. Durning had six tackles and an intercepti­on, while Sanders four solo tackles, two assists and a fumble recovery.

PARIS 57, BAPTIST PREP 26

Duke Walker rushed for 212 yards on just 11 carries and scored three touchdowns to help the Eagles remain undefeated.

The Eagles (6-0, 2-0) rushed for 353 yards and rolled up 451 yards of total offense. Ely Fore also rushed for 135 yards on 17 carries. Quarterbac­k Chase Watts threw for 98 yards and two touchdowns. Defensive end Mequiel Ellingberg picked up a fumble and returned it for a touchdown for the second straight week for the Eagles, who led 21-7 at halftime.

CHARLESTON 42, MANSFIELD 7

The Tigers improved to 3-0 in the 3A-1 Conference with a big road win.

Brevyn and Bryton Ketter combined for three touchdowns for Charleston (4-2, 3-0).

Brevyn Ketter scored two touchdowns, one receiving and one rushing, while his brother, Bryton also added a touchdown reception. The Tigers defense forced four turnovers and got a scoop and score from Nathan Zimmer.
