CBHMF Bentonville Welcomes New Agent Shawn Titel

Mike Warner, Managing Broker for the Bentonville/Bella Vista office of Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette, is pleased to announce Shawn Titel has joined his team. Shawn was born and raised in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, between Milwaukee and Green Bay, right along beautiful Lake Michigan. He grew up in Green Bay Packer country, so that makes “a cheese-headed Green Bay Packer fan!” Married to his beautiful wife Sythone since 2004, they have two adult children, Cory and Vatsanah. Shawn and his family moved to Northwest Arkansas for the beauty and warmer weather. In their free time, they enjoy the outdoors, hiking, biking, swimming, and camping. Shawn is “a jack of all trades”. Among other things, he has worked in landscaping, drywall, HVAC, and has a degree in IT. He has always loved people and is the quintessential “People Person”. While working in IT, he realized his passion for helping people. He also discovered that he has a talent for de-escalating heated situations, a strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal abilities. Shawn has utilized these skills throughout his career. Shawn is driven by endless curiosity and motivation to succeed, which is why a career in Northwest Arkansas’s dynamic and competitive real estate industry is a perfect match.
