Crye-Leike Executive Broker Welch awarded REALTOR® of the Year by ARA

Crye-Leike Real Estate Services congratulates Executive Broker Jennifer Welch on being awarded REALTOR® of the Year by the Arkansas REALTORS® Association. The association recognizes one REALTOR® each year for their superior service and contribution to the real estate profession.

Welch is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Gentry branch office and serves the residential real estate needs of buyers and sellers throughout Northwest Arkansas. Throughout her 15 years in the real estate industry, Welch has continuously been involved with real estate associations on a local, state and national level. She has served on numerous committees for the Arkansas REALTORS® Association, the Northwest Arkansas Board of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® and has held leadership positions locally and statewide.

In 2016, 2019 and 2020, Welch was also named REALTOR® of the Year by the Northwest Arkansas Board of REALTORS®. To now be awarded this honor on a state level is a huge accomplishment for Welch and proves the dedication that she has had over the years to her business and community.

“Having been recognized for my willingness to serve my industry and my fellow REALTORS® means more than I could have imagined,” said Welch. “This award is not based on sales and production, but on giving back and serving our industry, our clients, our profession and our communities. It is my quest to help everyone and assist in any way possible.”

Although Welch has worked hard over the years to improve her career, including earning the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) and Graduate, REALTOR® Leadership Academy (GRLA) designations, she recognizes that she would not be where she is today without help from those around her.

“When your mentors reach out to you and tell you how proud they are of you, it really touches your heart and soul,” said Welch. “My family has supported me with every venture and gives me daily strength, love and encouragement. My broker, who guides and encourages me to grow my business, my office administrator, my fellow agents, the staff of our associations, the committee members who serve alongside me, and so many others, have always showed me help, support and love.”
