Arkansas Department of Health The Health Department bills insurance for patients who have it and does not charge patients without insurance for flu shots.

• Washington County Health Unit: 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, 3270 Wimberly Drive in Fayettevil­le.

• Benton County Health Unit: 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and Friday, 8 a.m.6 p.m. Thursday, 1200 W. Walnut St. Suite 2200 in Rogers.

• Benton County Health Unit: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. daily, 101 W University St. in Siloam Springs. Mercy Health System:

All Mercy primary care and convenient care clinics are offering flu shots.

Washington Regional Urgent Care Washington Regional urgent care clinics bill insurance for patients who have it and charge $30 for flu shots without insurance.

Northwest Health Northwest is offering flu shots at primary care, pediatric and gynecology clinics. The clinics bill insurance for patients who have it and charge $35 for flu shots without insurance.

Community Clinic Community Clinic bills insurance for patients who have it and charges $28 for flu shots without insurance.

• Community Clinic Fayettevil­le school-based clinic at Owl Creek Owl Creek School: 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, 375 N. Rupple Road. The clinic is available to students, parents, faculty and staff in the Fayettevil­le school district.

• Community Clinic Springdale Medical and Pediatrics: 8 a.m.5 p.m. Monday through Friday, 614 E. Emma Ave., Suite 300 in Springdale.

• Community Clinic Springdale school-based clinic at Elmdale Elementary School: 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday, 420 North West End, Suite B. The clinic is available to students, parents, faculty and staff in the Springdale school district.

• Community Clinic Rogers Medical: 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday, 1233 W. Poplar St. in Rogers.

• Community Clinic Siloam Springs Medical: 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday, 500 S. Mount Olive St., No. 200 in Siloam Springs.

• Community Clinic Siloam Springs school-based clinic at Siloam Springs Intermedia­te School: 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, 1500 N. Mount Olive, Suite 1. The clinic is available to students, parents, faculty and staff in the Siloam Springs school district.

• Community Clinic Prairie Grove school-based clinic at Prairie Grove Elementary School: 8 a.m.4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, 801 Viney Grove Road. The clinic is available to students, parents, faculty and staff in the Prairie Grove school district.

• Community Clinic Pea Ridge school-based clinic at Pea Ridge High School: 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, 1923 W. Pickens Road. The clinic is available to students, parents, faculty and staff in the Pea Ridge school district.

Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas

MANA offers flu shots at 14 of its clinics, including its primary care, urgent care and gynecology clinics. The cost without insurance varies between clinics. MedExpress MedExpress is offering flu shots with no out-of-pocket costs in October at all of its clinics. After October, patients without insurace will be charged $30.

Other

Commercial pharmacies, including Walgreens and CVS, with numerous stores throughout Northwest Arkansas offer flu shots.
