2420 U.S. 412 East, Siloam Springs Critical violations: Employee did not wash hands when coming back into the unit prior to returning to beverage prep. Employee did not wash hands after handling money prior to preparing drinks. Milk in the reach-in cooler is at 45 degrees and half-and-half oat milk in the refrigerat­or is at 50 degrees. Repeat violation.

Noncritica­l violations: Wet wiping cloth is being stored on the countertop. Employee not wearing a mask when coming in contact with customers.

387 S. Main St., Cave Springs Critical violations: Employee washed baking trays but did not know about the sanitize step. Hot dog at 98 degrees and not marked with a time.
