LINGLE, Wyo. — Richard Lee Turner,

58, of Lingle, Wyo., (formerly of Springdale, Ark.) was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday, Oct. 25, 2020. Richard was born Dec. 18, 1961, in Denver, Colo. He was the son of Royce Earl Turner and Bertha Lee Autry Bruce.

He married Deborah Jeanette Davidson on Nov. 28, 1987. Richard served his country with honor in the Air Force for 23 years, retiring at the rank of tech sergeant.

He was a rancher and a jack of all trades. He loved animals especially his goats, liked sports and scrap metaling and had a deep love for his family. He was of the Christian faith and had a strong personal relationsh­ip with God.

He is survived by wife Deborah Turner of the home; son Gary Zulpo Jr. and wife Shanna of Pea Ridge; daughter Amber Huffman of Pea Ridge; mother and step father Bertha and Norman Bruce of Springdale; sister Debbi Cohagan of Springdale; sister-inlaw Kerri Turner of Springdale; grandchild­ren Ashlyn and Raelyn Shults, Brayden, Joshua and Gavin Zulpo, Delyla and Daniel Deleon; nieces Casey Cohagan and Alicia Turner; nephews Tanner Cohagan, Roscoe Turner, Riley Turner and Rhett Turner; great nephew Owen Turner; and his constant companion, his dog, Zipp Turner; along with other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by father Royce Turner and brother Ross Turner.

Visitation will be held Sunday, Nov. 1, 2020, from 3 to 6 p. m. at the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Springdale. Family and friends are limited to 150 people. Guest will be required to wear their own masks.

Funeral services will be held Monday, Nov. 2, 2020, at 2 p. m. at Cross Church Springdale (chapel). Burial will follow at the Elm Springs Cemetery, under the direction of the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Springdale. Please visit www.backstrom-pyeatte.com to sign our online guestbook.
