CBHMF Fayetteville welcomes new agents

-

Doyle Yates, Managing Broker for the Fayetteville office of Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette, is pleased to announce Ben Van Woudenberg has joined his team. Ben has called Northwest Arkansas home since 2010. He truly feels it’s one of the best places to live, and his wife Tracy and their two Huskies would agree.

Having been a local business owner the past ten years, Ben had the opportunity to help so many people in this community and build great relationships along the way. Exceptional customer service has always been a priority for him. He enjoys working closely with clients and defining their needs, while providing them the best buying/selling experience possible.

Ben says, “The amount of growth and development this area continues to see is incredible. I’m excited to transition into real estate sales and join the team of professionals at Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette!” Ben@coldwellbankerhmf.com George Brace, Managing Broker for the Rogers office of Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette, is pleased to welcome Crystal Albert to his team.

Crystal was born and raised here in Arkansas and spent most of her younger years in Fort Smith where she graduated as a Southside Rebel. She moved to Northwest Arkansas that summer and never looked back.

She married her husband 18 years ago, and they have two large dogs that eat like teenagers! Crystal has spent the last 13+ years as a professional nanny in NWA. With as much joy and happiness that being a nanny has brought her, she realized it is time to move on.

She has always been interested in real estate. With a little nudging from her best friend, she decided to take the leap! She says, “I talked to multiple friends in the business before deciding to choose Coldwell Banker. I am excited to be a part of the CB family and can’t wait to start making a name for myself out there and helping others in their quests.”

Watch out gang! Once I commit to something, I won’t be stopped! crystalalbert@coldwellbankerhmf.com

Mike Warner, Managing Broker of the Bentonville/Bella Vista office of Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette, is pleased to welcome Leah Martin to his team.

Leah is a native Arkansan, born and raised in the Fort Smith area. She earned her Bachelor’s in Business and started a successful 30-year career as a purchasing manager that took her as far as Louisiana for some time. She began to crave being back in Arkansas, so she went back to Fort Smith.

Soon after, she met and married the man of her dreams who is a native to Benton County. Leah had always loved visiting NWA, but now it’s home and she wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. She cherishes every Saturday morning that she and her husband stroll through the downtown Farmer’s Market. This area has something for the walker, the runner, the biker, the fisherman, the artist, the student, the gardener and the city gal who wants to find the best shops. NWA continues to grow more beautiful and active and has become a ‘Hot Spot’ of Arkansas. “I am so glad to be a part of it!” Leah says, “After three decades of purchasing management, I started a new career in home sales. I found that my acquired purchasing skills serve me well as a real estate agent. However, it is my passion for NWA has led me to help families like yours find homes in this beautiful area. Whether it is your first time buying or your twentieth, I can make sure you find the perfect home.” leahmartin@coldwellbankerhmf.com
