GIRLS CLARKSVILL­E 64, GENTRY 57

Clarksvill­e owned a 27-12 lead after one quarter and held on to defeat Gentry during Saturday’s game at Clarksvill­e.

Kenleigh Rieder had 18 points to lead four players in double figures for the Lady Panthers, who led 39-26 at halftime and 52-46 after three quarters. Autumn Miller and Hannah Melton added 12 points apiece for Clarksvill­e while Abby Domerese chipped in 11.

STAR CITY 69, ROGERS HERITAGE 57

The Lady Bulldogs put together a 17-3 third-quarter run to pull away for the road victory on Saturday.

Rogers Heritage (0-2) led 40-37 after Jazmine Perez hit two free throws with 3 minutes, 45 seconds left in the quarter. But Star City (5-1) scored eight in a row to grab a 45-37 advantage. The Lady Bulldogs then ended the third quarter with nine in a row for a 54-43 lead.

The Lady War Eagles got no closer than six in the fourth quarter.

Lilly Stitt led Heritage with 15 points, all in the first half. Carlee Casteel was next with 13 — all in the second half. Perez added 12, while Easton Kimble chipped in 10. Arrianna Johnson finished with a game-high 18 for Star City. Breanna Grayson added 14 and Maddie Anders 10.

STAR CITY 62, ROGERS 53

The defending Class 4A state champion Lady Bulldogs used a big second half to rally past the Lady Mounties on Friday.

Rogers (1-2) led 34-33 at halftime, but Star City led 48-43 after three quarters and went on to the victory.

Gracie Carr led Rogers with 14 points and seven rebounds. Camiran Brockhoff added 12 and Taylor Treadwell nine. Maddie Anders led all scorers with 19 for Star City. Breanna Grayson added 17 and Janiya Johnson 11.

BENTONVILL­E HIGH 62, RUSSELLVIL­LE 45

Bentonvill­e went on a 16-4 run in the second quarter to take control and defeat host Russellvil­le.

Baylor signee Maryam Dauda had 16 points for the Lady Tigers (3-1), whose big outburst turned a one-point deficit into a 27-16 halftime lead. Bentonvill­e led 44-32 after three quarters.

Jada Brown added 13 and Nadia Akbar 10 for Bentonvill­e.

MANSFIELD 46, FORT SMITH SOUTHSIDE 37

Chloe Creekmore scored a team-high 17 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to help the Class 2A Lady Tigers take down the Class 6A Mavericks.

Brooke Wright added nine points and five rebounds, while Sadie Roberts chipped in eight points, three steals and two blocked shots for Mansfield (3-2).

BENTONVILL­E WEST 47, BERRYVILLE 42

Savannah Rangel had 12 points to lead West to its first win of the season, holding off host Berryville.

Maysa Willis added 11 for West (13), which led 15-4 after one quarter but had its lead whittled down to 35-33 after three quarters.

Lilli Compton led Berryville with 17 points.

GENTRY 45, LIFEWAY CHRISTIAN 42

Emily Toland led three Lady Pioneers in double figures with 14 points to help Gentry hold on for the win.

Jaiden Wilmoth and Randi Jo Bolinger added 10 each for Gentry. Abby Moseley tied for game honors with 14 for Lifeway Christian. Bradin Fulcher added nine.

SILOAM SPRINGS 58, HUNTSVILLE 35

Siloam Springs’ girls improved to 4-0 with a home nonconfere­nce win over Huntsville on Friday.

Siloam Springs led 17-14 after the first quarter and 35-22 at halftime. Huntsville cut the lead to eight in the third quarter, but Siloam Springs came back to take a 45-29 lead going into the fourth quarter.

Seniors Mia Hevener and Sydney Moorman and sophomores Brooke Ross and Mimo Jacklik each scored 11 points for the Lady Panthers, while Reina Tiefel added nine.

Madisyn Thomas led Huntsville (3-4) with nine points, while Addisyn Routh and Allisa Pillow each scored eight.

GRAVETTE 60, TULSA GREEN COUNTRY 26

Gravette jumped out to a 21-4 lead in the first quarter and cruised to a nonconfere­nce victory.

Shylee Morrison had 24 points and was the only player in double figures for the Lady Lions, who led 43-13 at halftime.

FORT SMITH NORTHSIDE 67, MARION 43

The Lady Bears rolled to a 24-point win over Marion.

Jersey Wolfenbarg­er scored 17 of her game-high 21 points in the first quarter for Northside in the blowout win.

Oklahoma State signee Tracey Bershers scored 18 points and Yoni Releford added 12 for the Lady Bears.

BOYS PEA RIDGE 58, MOUNTAINBU­RG 56 (OT)

Mac Bowen drove the lane and scored with 1 second left in overtime as Pea Ridge slipped past Mountainbu­rg in nonconfere­nce action.

Pea Ridge (3-2) forced the extra 4 minutes by outscoring Mountainbu­rg 19-12 in the fourth quarter, then outscored the Dragons 9-7 in overtime.

Bowen finished with 14 to lead three Blackhawks in double figures, followed by Malik Bagsy with 11 and Bric Cates with 10. Ethan Gregory led Mountainbu­rg (4-2) with a game-high 18 and Jodin Davidson added 10.

BENTONVILL­E HIGH 73, RUSSELLVIL­LE 57

Jaylen Lee had 24 points as Bentonvill­e used a strong second half to defeat host Russellvil­le.

The Tigers led 24-11 after one quarter, but Russellvil­le pulled within 35-28 at halftime before Bentonvill­e stretch its lead to 49-38 after three quarters.

Harrison Hicks and Owen Dehrmann added 16 points apiece for the Tigers.

BERRYVILLE 74, BENTONVILL­E WEST 68

Berryville is now 2-0 this season against 6A-West Conference teams as the Bobcats outlasted West in a high-scoring affair in Bobcat Arena.

Landon Chester had 26 points to lead three players in double figures for Berryville, which defeated Rogers Heritage earlier in the season. J.D. Smith added 20 for the Bobcats, who led 30-27 at halftime and 47-46 after three quarters, while Weston Teague chipped in 19

Riley Buccino had 24 points for the Wolverines, while Dawson Price added 13.

CLARKSVILL­E 56, GENTRY 34

Tobin Bush had 17 points to lead Clarksvill­e to a nonconfere­nce win at home Saturday against Gentry.

John Case added 14 for the Panthers, who went on a 15-5 run in the second quarter and turned a four-point lead into a 27-13 halftime cushion. Clarksvill­e led 39-23 after three quarters.

BERGMAN 100, PROVIDENCE ACADEMY 75

Walker Patton had 33 points to lead four Bergman players in double figures as the Panthers reached the century mark in their win over Providence Academy.

Bergman (8-3) led 35-16 after one quarter but outscored Providence 2916 in the fourth quarter after its lead dropped to 71-59 through three quarters.

Elijah Royce added 30 points and 14 rebounds for the Panthers, while Asher Fultz added 16 points and seven steals and Kaden Henson chipped in 10 points.

OZARK CATHOLIC 59, OARK 14

The Griffons improved to 11-1 with the easy win.

Ozark Catholic led 26-7 at halftime and rolled to the victory. Isaac McClinton led the Griffons with 12 points, 5 steals and 5 assists. Perrin Lunsford and Will Buron added eight points each.

LIFEWAY CHRISTIAN 36, GENTRY 33 (OT)

Luke Melton scored 14 points, including four three-pointers, to help the Warriors earn a tough overtime win.

Ant Potter added nine for Lifeway Christian, all in the second half and overtime. Brayden Feathers finished with a game-high 15 for Gentry, which went 0-for-2 from the foul line and didn’t score in overtime.

NETTLETON 59, CLARKSVILL­E 34

Nettleton went on a 20-4 run in the third quarter and defeated Clarksvill­e in nonconfere­nce action.

Nettleton used the outburst to turn a 27-19 halftime lead into a 47-23 margin.

Tobin Bush led Clarksvill­e with 13 points.

SILOAM SPRINGS 57, HUNTSVILLE 34

Siloam Springs went on a 21-0 run in the second and third quarters in a victory over Huntsville.

The Panthers led 17-16 midway through the second quarter and went on a 7-0 surge to end the first half and lead 24-16 at halftime. That continued into the second half with a 14-0 run, and Siloam Springs would lead by as many as 25 points.

Landon Ward scored 17 of his gamehigh 23 points to lead the Panthers (3-2), while Dalton Newman had nine.

Hayden Dotson led Huntsville (1-5) with 12 points.

SPRINGDALE HIGH 47, LAKE HAMILTON 44 (OT)

The Bulldogs outscored Lake Hamilton 5-2 in overtime to claim a nonconfere­nce win Friday.

Marty Jelkan led the way for Springdale with 19 points, including a big 3-pointer in overtime.

Quinton Speer led Lake Hamilton with 18 and Zac Pennington scored 10.

MOUNTAIN HOME 49, ROGERS HERITAGE 40

The Bombers pulled away in the second half to claim the win.

Heritage (2-4) trailed only 19-18 at halftime, but Mountain Home pushed the lead to 31-25 after three quarters.

Jaden Torres led the War Eagles with 12, while Ian McChristia­n added nine.

LINCOLN 66, JASPER 52

Lincoln jumped out to a 21-10 lead after one quarter and Jasper never recovered Thursday night at Lincoln.

The Wolves led 36-22 at halftime and 53-38 through three quarters.

Cole Villines led the Pirates with 16 points, followed by Sam Parker with 15 and Huston Davidson with 12.
