BOYS SHILOH CHRISTIAN 43, PRAIRIE GROVE 41

Jeremiah Washington hit a pair of clutch 3-point shots in the final 2 minutes and lifted Shiloh Christian past host Prairie Grove in the 4A-1 Conference quarterfin­als.

The Saints (11-13) trailed for most of the game, but Washington’s first 3-pointer tied the score 38 with 1:55 remaining. He then hit another 3-pointer to give Shiloh its first lead of the game with 1:02 on the clock, and Eli Wisdom added two free throws to make it a 43-38 game with 35.9 seconds remaining.

Sloan Smith’s 3-pointer pulled Prairie Grove (10-9) within two with 3.6 seconds left, then a Saints turnover following a timeout with 1.1 seconds left. Shiloh Christian, however, intercepte­d the long inbounds pass to preserve the victory.

Washington finished with 15 points to lead the Saints, who will travel to Berryville for tonight’s semifinal game and advance to the Class 4A North Region tournament in Ozark, while Wisdom added 11.

HUNTSVILLE 59, HARRISON 54

Hunter Davidson scored 16 points as Huntsville advanced to the 4A-1 Conference Tournament semifinals with a win over Harrison in Charles Berry Gymnasium.

The Eagles (10-11) will travel to Farmington for tonight’s game, and they will also head to Ozark next week for the Class 4A North Region tournament.

Huntsville led 16-11 after one quarter but watched its cushion shrink to 29-25 at halftime and 44-42 after three quarters.

Matthew Sisk added 12 points and Hayden Dotson 11 for the Eagles. Ethan Edwards led Harrison (5-12) with 19 points while Abe Glidewell added 16.

GIRLS

BERRYVILLE 54, GRAVETTE 49

Lilli Compton had 20 points to lead a trio of Berryville players in double figures as the Lady Bobcats advanced to the 4A-1 Conference tournament semifinals with a win over Gravette.

The win means Berryville (9-8), the second seed from the East Division, moves into tonight’s games at Pea Ridge and will play next week in the Class 4A North Region tournament at Ozark.

Lauren Compton added 12 points and Hannah Youngblood 10 for the Lady Bobcats, who held a slim 25-22 halftime lead but managed to extend it to 41-33 after three quarters before holding off Gravette’s comeback attempt.

Shylee Morrison had 21 points to lead the Lady Lions (14-7) before fouling out in the final seconds, while Kaylan Chilton added 15.

FARMINGTON 72,

SHILOH CHRISTIAN 49

Farmington used a strong second-half performanc­e to pull away from Shiloh Christian and earn a quarterfin­al victory in the 4A-1 Conference tournament.

The win moves the Lady Cardinals (17-5) into today’s semifinal game at unbeaten Harrison and also gives them a berth in next week’s Class 4A North Region tournament at Ozark.

The Lady Cardinals led 29-24 at halftime, then outscored Shiloh Christian (16-8) 20-13 in the third quarter for a 49-37 cushion before outscoring the Lady Saints 23-12 over the last 8 minutes.

Trinity Johnson led Farmington with 22 points, followed by Carson Dillard with 16 and Megan Hernandez with 12. Ryli Russ had 16 points to lead Shiloh, while Anna McCredy added 15 and Delaney Roller chipped in 10.
