Crye-Leike congratulates the 2020 NWA Regional Top Producers
Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces its 2020 Top Producing Agent and Team for its Northwest Arkansas region. To be named a Top Producing Agent or Team in one of Crye-Leike’s nine-state regions, individual(s) must have earned the highest sales volume, or had the highest number of real estate transactions, for that year.

Realtor Jean Lance – Top Producing Agent
Realtor Jean Lance has been with Crye-Leike’s Bentonville branch office since 2013, having served in the real estate industry for almost 16 years. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Lance worked mainly in the legal profession. Her legal background working with contracts, sense of urgency and thinking through each scenario from every angle certainly helped prepare Lance to achieve success as a Realtor.
Lace has consistently ranked as a top producer for Crye-Leike throughout her career. Even though it is undoubtedly a seven days a week job, Lance enjoys the interaction she has with her clients; most of them remain good friends and often buy and sell several times again using Lance as their Realtor. This year, Lance’s outstanding sales volume earned her Crye-Leike’s regional Top Producing Agent award.
The Jean Ann and Ron Gilbert Team – Top Producing Team
Making up the Top Producing Team for the Northwest Arkansas region are Vice-President Jean Ann Gilbert and Managing Broker Ron Gilbert. This husband and wife duo has over 20 years of real estate experience combined, holding affiliation with Crye-Leike’s Bentonville branch office since its opening in 2010. This year, the team conducted $14 million in real estate transactions, making them Crye-Leike’s Top Producing Team for the region.
Jean Ann Gilbert has previously received Crye-Leike’s Circle of Excellence award, the highest honor the company recognizes, and has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and At Home With Diversity (AHWD) designations. Ron Gilbert is the managing broker of the Bentonville branch office and has also earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.
