Milligan and Donna Sansbury have joined his team.
With 25 years as a sales professional,
10 of those owning her own business, and six in real estate, Christy is outgoing and highly driven with the proven ability to listen to the needs of her clients. She feels her patience, dedication, and work ethic are among the best in the business.
Being married to a builder, she has bought, sold, flipped, built, and renovated houses for 25 years. This shows she is equipped to help the seasoned investor or the first-time home buyer. With her experience in the industry, she is here to make the process fun and exciting.
She and her husband live in Bentonville and have one wonderful son that attends the Thaden School. They enjoy everything outdoors and they also have a passion for cooking, baking, and an overall healthy lifestyle.

ChristyM@coldwellbankerhmf.com Donna’s career in Real Estate serving NWA began in October 1993 just after moving here from Washington State’s Puget Sound Region. She started part time and weekends for a developer building spec homes in Bella Vista and buying lot packages on the courthouse steps to clean up and sell, all the while working as a nurse at the newly built Hidden Springs Clinic. It was busy and fun and a great way to get to know the area and meet new friends. Soon in 1997 she became a full-time agent helping families buy their first homes and relocation for companies. In 2005 her business morphed into large scale development which was a huge learning curve, and she loved every minute of it.
The biggest enjoyment is and always has been the family. This past year Donna hit a milestone by helping a young woman just out of college buy a home of her own. When she first met her, she was three and her parents were coming here to work for one of the larger vendors.
Donna is married to Larry Sansbury and they have two sons, one granddaughter and one Chihuahua. She enjoys archeology, horses, travel, gardening, and most of all, people.
