SPRINGDALE — Mary Roselyn Henry Mullen,
86, passed away March 9, 2021, in Springdale, Ark. Roselyn was born Dec. 15, 1934, to John M. and Lois Thompson Henry in El Dorado, Ark.
She was preceded in death by husband Col. Charles F. Mullen, brother John H. Henry and her parents.
Roselyn was an honor graduate of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, with a degree in business. She was retired from Fayetteville Public Schools where she served as the administrative assistant to former superintendents Dr. Winston Simpson and Bobby New.
Roselyn was a member of Central United Methodist Church in Fayetteville, Ark., and an active member UMC Women’s Circle 7 and the Zeta Master Chapter Beta Sigma Phi in Fayetteville.
Survivors include son John Charles Mullen (Lori) of Northfield, Minn.; daughter Meredith Rose Mullen Autrey (Lee) of Rogers, Ark.; grandsons Eric Mullen (Jessica) of Northfield, Minn., and Brian Mullen (Brianna) Northfield, Minn.; granddaughters Jennifer Mullen of Northfield, Minn., Amy Autrey of Fayetteville, Ark., and Elizabeth Autrey of Rogers, Ark.; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 9-10 a.m. Thursday, March 11, 2021, at Moore’s Chapel. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Moore’s Chapel in Fayetteville. Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Friday at Woodlawn Cemetery in El Dorado, Ark.
