Robert Holcroft,

age 99, a resident of Morrow, Ark., passed away Friday, March 12, 2021, at the Arkansas State Veterans Home in Fayetteville, Ark. He was born May 29, 1921 in Morrow, Ark., the son of Samuel Camillis and Dollie Rebecca (Collins) Holcroft.

Robert served in the United States Navy during World War II.

He was preceded in death by wife of 68 years, Doris Mae Holcroft; his parents; three brothers, Jack, Leland and Raymond Holcroft; and two sisters, Letha Holcroft and Fannie Sue Loftin.

Survivors include one daughter, Marla Shrum and her husband Jim of Morrow; two sons, Tom Holcroft and his wife Kathy of Pryor, Okla., and Mike Holcroft and his wife Carla of Lincoln; seven grandchildren, Donita Langston, Jami Shrum, Shawn Shrum, Paula Carmichael, Quannah Holcroft, Tommy Holcroft and Alexis Bartholomew; 11 great grandchildren, Derrick Carmichael, Jaycee Carmichael, Rylan Shrum, Nicholas Shrum, Makayla Holcroft, Coby Holcroft, Katy Holcroft, Courtney Holcroft, Samuel Langston, Ayden Shrum and River Bartholomew; one great-great-grandchild, Briley Carmichael.

Visitation will be held Monday evening from 5-8 p.m. at Luginbuel Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 16, 2021, 1 p.m., at the Prairie Grove Cemetery Pavilion. Burial will be in the Antioch Cemetery in Morrow, Ark. There will be no graveside service held at Antioch Cemetery.
