Mike Warner, Managing Broker for the Bentonville/Bella Vista office of Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette, is pleased to welcome Juliett Harris, Luke Scales, Kim Williams to his team.

Juliett was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico but raised in Bentonville, Arkansas which is where she considers to be home. She loves working with people and thrives when she is helping others grow, which is why she decided to pursue a degree in Hospitality from the University of Arkansas. This was where she met my husband Quentin, and they are approaching two wonderful years of marriage. Two of her favorite things are a mean cup of coffee and, most importantly, Jesus Christ.

After Juliett spent 3+ years in the Hospitality industry, her mother, who is a wonderful realtor, finally persuaded her to get her real estate license. She is very excited for the opportunities ahead and the chance to be part of a wonderful real-estate family like Coldwell Banker.

Juliett says, “Holding to my values of boldness, integrity, and transparency, I am results oriented and will work tirelessly to make sure that my clients feel as though I have their best interest in mind and that I will do everything I can to help them find their perfect home!” juliettharris@coldwellbankerhmf.com

Luke was born and raised in Lonoke County, Arkansas. After graduating from Cabot High in 2019, he relocated to Northwest Arkansas.

From the time he was old enough to work, he has worked in the construction or food industry. Both industries afforded him the opportunity to attend to the needs of the public, which helped him realize his passion for helping others.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys being in the outdoors either hunting, fishing, or hiking. Luke says, “I am eager to help people find their dream home in this beautiful state I have always called home.” lukescales@coldwellbankerhmf.com

Although she was born in Durant, Oklahoma, she lived in Texas most of her life. She has been a real estate agent for 18 years and an associate broker for eight. However, she still has her Texas realtor’s license in Texas. Until a few years ago Kim thought she would stay in Texas forever, but after many trips to Northwest Arkansas, she and her husband decided to move to Bella Vista, Arkansas. Her paternal grandparents hailed from Arkansas, and with friends in the area, they feel like they are home.

In addition to real estate, she has an education background. She was a teacher for many years as well as a REALTOR. Since she moved several times in her life all over Texas and now to Arkansas, she feels she can help clients make the selling and buying process as smooth as possible.

She and her husband, Blane, are blessed with four children and five grandchildren. Blane is an avid golfer, thus one of the reasons they chose Bella Vista. They both love the outdoors and look forward to living an even more active lifestyle now that they are here.

Kim says, “Please feel free to call me, text me, or email me anytime. I try to be readily available, as I know in “real estate time is of the essence.” I am looking forward to helping you find your new home or selling the home you are in, so new memories can be made!!” KimWilliams@coldwellbankerhmf.com

George Brace, Managing Broker for the Rogers office of Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette, is pleased to announce Jon Olson and Austin Murphy has joined his team.

Jon was born in Russellville; he came back full circle to Northwest Arkansas in 2013. Before returning, he majored in Spanish at the University of Minnesota, venturing out to Madrid, Spain, where he started his own translation and sales consulting business while also teaching English. This experience had given him valuable insight to educate buyers and sellers while obtaining business acumen.

Upon returning to Arkansas, Jon helped run the family business as the Director of Operations, being one of the top Trailer Dealerships in Arkansas. He and his wife began investing in singlefamily homes, duplexes, and lakefront property. He already had valuable experience as an investor before becoming an agent.

Jon has been to over 50 countries during his time abroad, and loves to travel. Jon says, “I am not the most athletic person, as I am more apt to make a blooper reel, but I enjoy surfing, golf, and softball. I survived being hit with a surfboard while underwater for over 1.5 minutes in 9’ rolling waves in Cadiz, Spain, in 2003. I survived a motorcycle accident in 2019 at 50 miles per hour, breaking 18 bones and losing my ability to walk for several months. I am resilient and always look at the good side of things.”

He and his wife Maritza (mostly Maritza) sponsor children in Uganda, Tanzania, and Mexico as pen pals, education, and sustenance support. He and his wife are expecting their first child in August 2021. jolson@coldwellbankerhmf.com

Austin was born in Rogers and has lived most of his life in the area. After meeting his wife in high school, they were married in 2012. He joined the military after graduating high school and spent a few years in the US Army. They were able to experience the other side of the world together and live in the Pacific Northwest for a couple of years, talk about breathtaking. Even after seeing a lot of the country and world, the beauty and environment of Northwest Arkansas brought them back. With endless adventures and opportunities, NWA was the best place to live and raise a family.

Austin wanted to give back to this wonderful community, so shortly after moving back, he began working at the Benton County Sheriff ’s Office as a Sheriff ’s Deputy. In early 2018, he received his real estate license while still working full-time in Law Enforcement. He loved the idea of working with people to find and sell their homes. He knows this area by living here virtually his entire life, and also by working as a Sheriff ’s Deputy. Serving people is in his DNA and loves the feeling of helping people accomplish their dreams, and wanting to protect people from falling victim.

Austin says, “I will work hard to help find your first home, dream home, or next home. When we’re able to find that home, I will be in your corner to ensure your needs and wants are met. I know Northwest Arkansas like the back of my hand and am capable to work in the entire area. So, whether you or selling, investing, or looking to buy, I will be delighted to work with you for all your real estate needs.”
