SPRINGDALE — The family of Frances Dee Jones Hamilton,

is sad to share Frances went to be with her Lord on April 13, 2021, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Ark., at 91 years of age. She was born Feb. 26, 1930, to Claire and Forest Jones of Springdale, Ark.

Frances was preceded in death by her husband of close to 70 years, John Daniel Hamilton, and granddaughter Kristin Lynne Dameron.

She leaves behind daughter Penny Hamilton Hicks, 61, and husband Jeff of Rogers, Ark.; son Danny Paul Hamilton, 55, and wife Leigh Ann Johnston of Springdale, Ark.; granddaughter Krystle Joneson and husband Mike of Elkhorn, Neb.; grandson Kodee Hamilton, 26, of Springdale, Ark.; granddaughter Erin Hamilton, 16; and three great-granddaughters, Emma Joneson, 6, Ava Joneson, 4, of Elkhorn, Neb., and Adelynn Hamilton, 6, of Springdale, Ark.; and numerous nieces and lifelong friends.

Frances was an avid Arkansas Razorback fan and attended many games. She loved the Donut Shop and having coffee and donuts everyday. She was a member of West Ridge Free Will Baptist Church for many years. She loved visiting with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and her daughter and son-in-law and her niece, Linda Hipes of Mountain Home, Ark.

She also loved visiting with her hairdresser and dear friend, Missy Jaro of Tontitown, Ark. She loved country music, traveling and dining out. She attended Springdale High School, graduating in 1948.

She will be buried in Friendship Cemetery next to her husband. Visitation will be held Sunday, April 18, 2021, from 2 to 4 p.m., at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale.
