FAYETTEVIL­LE — Virginia Nell Casey Tuck,

90, of Fayettevil­le, Ark., passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2021. She was born July 22, 1930, in Fayettevil­le, daughter of John Edmond Casey and Virginia Clyde Eagle Casey.

She was preceded in death by her dear husband, Jack Shive Tuck, to whom she was married about 41 years. Her husband was the love of her life. Jack died a age 90 in January 2012. In retirement, they had eventually moved to Butterfiel­d Trail Village.

She had no children, but she had a brother, John Eagle Casey, and his wife Annette of Midland, Texas. She also had two nephews, Pat Casey of Midland and John David Casey (Leah) of Carrollton, Texas. She also had a number of loved nieces and nephews in her husband’s family.

She graduated from the University of Arkansas. Her working career was 32 years at Southweste­rn Electric Power Company. She was a member of First United Presbyteri­an Church and had been a member of Chapter S of the PEO Sisterhood, and membership in a book club.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, May 22, 2021, at Moore’s Chapel. Funeral service will follow the visitation beginning at 11 a.m. at Moore’s Chapel with burial to follow in Fairview Memorial Gardens.
