Claridge Products Announces Longterm Lease Agreement in Harrison

Claridge Products (“Claridge”), a Harrison, Arkansas based manufacturer of visual display products announced that it has signed a long-term lease agreement on a 250,000 square foot facility located at 805 Cottonwood Road, Annex 3, Harrison, Arkansas. The more than 350 Claridge team members are scheduled to move into their new facility January 1, 2022, “where we have committed over $3 million in capital and leasehold improvements, while working closely with local businesses and tradespeople to bring the vision for our new Claridge home to life” said Paul Smith, Chief Operating Officer for Claridge.
