Carol Silva Moralez has been named president/CEO of Upskill NWA. She will be responsible for developing the goals, plans, policies and objectives for the new organization. Excellerate Foundation and Walton Family Foundation have partnered to create Upskill NWA, an organization that aims to move lower- income wage earners to higher wage, high demand jobs through additional education and certification.
Drs. Joseph Ivy and Hollis Rogers III of Highlands Oncology have been accredited by the Surgical Review Corporation as master surgeons in robotic surgery. The corporation is a nonprofit, patient safety organization.
Bobby McKinnon has been named CEO and Andra Grasis named COO of Central Research Inc. of Lowell. McKinnon will continue as president of the company while expanding his responsibilities to include managing the daily operations and resources of the company. Grasis has also been promoted to senior vice president of operations — management solutions. She will be responsible for synchronizing activities among executive operations and business units. (Central Research provides management and financial service solutions to the federal and state government and commercial sector.
Caleb Talley has been named executive director of Startup Junkie Foundation, a Northwest Arkansasbased nonprofit that serves entrepreneurs, innovators and small business owners. He joined the Startup Junkie Foundation team as a marketing and events director in May 2019.
Kay Stutes of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Solutions Real Estate of Bentonville has been awarded the At Home With Diversity certification from the National Association of Realtors. She earned the certification after completing an eight-hour course addressing topics of diversity, fair housing and business planning development.
Andrew Disper has been named general sales manager of KHBS/KHOG-TV, The Arkansas CW and MeTV Arkansas, the Hearst Television Inc. ABC, CW and MeTV affiliates serving Fort Smith and Fayetteville. Disper received his bachelor’s degree in journalism from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
