Every inch of our facility Is furnished with the very best interest for our seniors. We offer one-bedroom, single level apartments with different floor plans. Our spacious apartments feature: Private Baths, Kitchenettes, Individual Climate Controls, Emergency Call System, Cable TV, High Speed Internet, Beautiful large Courtyard and a Smoke Free Environment. Our Memory Care unit is secured by access-controlled egress door system to prevent wandering from the facility.

We are completely ADA accessible, allowing for our seniors to have the space they need with walkers and wheelchairs alike. Some of our features are grab bars, walk in showers, low sinks without cabinets underneath, wide doorways, shower chairs and attachments.

While Brookfield Assisted Living and Memory Care brings a family- oriented atmosphere, we offer the very best individualized care to our residents. Personalized care plans are in place so we are sure to meet the needs of each resident individually. We pride ourselves on our fantastic care staff who keep our community clean and secure.
