FAYETTEVIL­LE — Judith Karnath Robertson,

79, of Fayettevil­le, Ark . , went to be with the Lord November 22, 2021, in Fayettevil­le, Arkansas. She was born January 14, 1942, in Prescott, Wisconsin, the daughter of the late George P. and Phyllis Brewer Karnath. She graduated from Elkins High School, and Completed her undergradu­ate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa. Later she completed a master’s degree and Ph. D. from the University of Arkansas. Judith was a faculty member in the graduate school at the University of Arkansas for many years in both the Counselor Education and Rehabilita­tion Counseling programs. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Fayettevil­le. She was an avid reader, animal lover, a fiber artist, a wonderful baker, and a loving wife, mother and grandmothe­r.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded by a daughter, Melissa, and a brother, Jack Karnath. She is survived by her husband, Jon Robertson, of the home; one son, Sean Robertson and his wife, Carron, of Bentonvill­e, Arkansas; two daughters: Amy Robertson-Gann and her husband, Alan, of Rogers, Arkansas, and Lisa Twitty and her husband, Lance, of Summerfiel­d, North Carolina; and five grandchild­ren.

A Celebratio­n of Life Service will be Sunday, November 28, 2021, at 2 p.m., at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 2925 Old Missouri Road, Fayettevil­le, Arkansas, with Pastor Clint Schnekloth officiatin­g. A private graveside service will be at a later date at Fairview Memorial Gardens under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas, 72762.
