CBHMF welcomes new agents

- Submitted release

George Brace, Managing Broker for the Rogers office of Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette, is pleased to announce Rachel Whatley and Curtis King have joined his team.

In the early 1980’s, when interest rates were approaching 17 percent, Rachel’s dad decided to follow his passion and open his own real estate firm. Despite the challenges of the time, the company became their family’s legacy and a leader in the Colorado metro area. So instead of flipping burgers in high school or waiting tables in college, Rachel was assisting agents and typing contracts. Fast forward to this amazing technological and information age, she is still immersed in all thing’s real estate!

Over the last three decades she has worked in the explosive real estate market as a Loan Processor, Sales Associate and Property Manager. Rachel says, “I bring an expansive knowledge to my role as a Coldwell Banker sales associate and Realtor in Northwest Arkansas. In an ever-evolving industry, I excel in accompanying my clients through all aspects of the marketing process.”

Curtis is a Bentonville native, although he did leave the area after marrying his wife Hanna and joining the Army. He was stationed at Fort Campbell, TN as a 94F. After having their daughter and completing his contract, they decided NWA is where they wanted to be. Curtis says, “I’m glad to be back and am ready to serve our community.” CurtisKing@coldwellbankerhmf.com rwhatley@coldwellbankerhmf.com

Ashton Todd, Managing Broker for the Bentonville/Bella Vista office of Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney, is pleased to announce Chloe Hyman, Mary Jane Cowan and Robbie Musson have joined his team.

Because Chloe’s parents were continuously giving their family a better life and her being a U.S. Army Veteran, she is no stranger to moving. She has lived in seven states: FL, CA, NC, TX, NV, WA, and have settled in the amazingly beautiful NW Arkansas. Chloe says, “Whether you’re buying your first home or selling for an upgrade, I can empathize with your process.”

Chloe applies core values from her military background such as “duty” and “selfless service” to help you navigate the often-challenging waters of the home buying and selling process, with the end result being a seamless transition to meeting her clients’ goals. Chloe.Hyman@coldwellbankerhmf.com Mary Jane is a Real Estate Agent in Northwest Arkansas and has lived in the NWA area for many years and would love to help you buy or sell a home here.

She is a member of the National Realtors Association, the Arkansas Realtors Association, the Northwest Arkansas Board of Realtors and Multi-Listing System (MLS). She has received comprehensive training and have completed training courses in Ethics and Professional Standards.

Mary Jane grew up in the River Valley of Arkansas but have lived many years in Northwest Arkansas. Mary Jane says, “It is a lovely and diverse area, offering everything from a First-Class Art Museum to great lakes and streams to biking trails and many great music venues. This area is also wonderful for exploring, there are many interesting and historical places to see.”

Mary Jane loves spending time with friends and family and NWA is the best place to live to do that! “I also work with a great company that believes in treating everyone with respect and caring.” maryjane@coldwellbankerhmf.com Robbie’s industry and work history begins with her parents. As owners and operators of a small construction company, they taught her the value of hard work and pivoting when change necessitated for prosperity and success. Entrenched in Humble Oil’s East Texas hazardous but lucrative oilfields, the mid-80’s crisis created the opportunity for a move to the emerging field of environmental construction. Every member of her family participated in the daily grind of business ownership. She left home with invaluable knowledge that could never be learned in a classroom.

Robbie’s husband of 30+ years, Troy, is also a member of the construction community in Texas and Northwest Arkansas. They have four amazing young adults who call them, “Mom and Dad.” Robbie says, “I couldn’t be more grateful for the love and support of my family. It sustains me through the ups and downs of the real estate industry that I am passionate about!”

In her now 24th year as an active member of such a dynamic community, she is always excited to meet new people and help them thrive in Northwest Arkansas, too. “I truly enjoy connecting individuals and families through the place they live, play, and work. Finding a home or space where a person can create indelible memories is why I choose to be a part of the Northwest Arkansas real estate family.”
