Doyle served our country honorably in the United States Army as a Helicopter Crew Chief in the Air Cavalry. Doyle also served his community as a volunteer firefighter/EMT. Throughout his life he was active in many ministries including Finding Hope in Romania which provides a home for Romanian orphan children from state run institutions. Doyle also passionately supported Sheep Dog Impact Assistance/Warrior PATHH, Saving Grace, Micah’s House, Grace Haven and Nicole’s House. He was most drawn to assist the less fortunate. Doyle was the perfect example of what a serving heart in action lookslike. Doyle spent 50 years in the Fire Suppression industry in Houston and NWA. In 2005, he co-founded Freedom Fire Pro. Since its inception, Freedom has grown to be an industry leader in the Arkansas market.

In his spare time, Doyle loved to fish. Whether chasing crappie on Beaver Lake, redfish in Louisiana or halibut and salmon in Alaska, he was most at home on a body of water casting a line. If he wasn’t fishing some local or remote stretch of water, he could be found smoking or grilling meat. Doyle was also an accomplished woodworker with a keen talent for Intarsia. He was also very fond of his dogs. Doyle was particularly proud of his Cajun heritage and passed that love down to his family. He loved his family and was a proud father and grandfather who will be missed tremendously.
