Restaurant inspections
Critical violations are those factors leading to foodborne illness and must be corrected immediately. Noncritical violations relate to maintenance of food operations and cleanliness.

Enchilada sauce (46 degrees) and shredded chicken (43 degrees) were above 41 degrees in the walk-in cooler. Employee indicated that they had been prepared the morning of 2/23/23.
