Facility has chlorine test strips, but does not have lactic acid test strips to match in-use product. Core violations: A container of chicken wings was on the walk-in cooler floor, a bottle of BBQ sauce in dry storage was open/uncapped and there were jackets and purses on top of food in the dry storage areas. A ceramic bowl was being used as a scoop in the flour bin. There is debris and water on the floors and debris on the vents in multiple locations of the food prep area. The handwash sink fixture is loose, there are missing and damaged tiles in the food prep and storage area, the concrete behind the ice maker is damaged, there is a part of a potato cutter on the wall that is torn and damaged, the wall behind the potato cutter is damaged and the drywall is partially exposed, the fan unit cover in the walkin is missing screws and is partially detached and there is water damage to the wall behind the bar.

Core violations: During the inspection it was identified that the facility does not have certification for a Certified Food Protection Manager as required.
