ROGERS — “Betty” Elizabeth Faye Hoover Huffman,

born June 4th, 1938, to Warren P. and Virginia Lee Lugenbeell Hoover at Eureka Springs, Ark., and raised in Eureka until she married Charles E. Huffman on May 18th, 1955 in the Trophy Room at Inspiratio­n Point, where she went with him to his base at Camp LeJeune, N.C., and began their family: James E. of Bella Vista, Ark., with wife, Jeanee; Robert M., who passed February 19th, 2017; Sharon K. Calhoun of the home; and Richard K. with wife, Rhonda, in Sigourney, Iowa.

There are six grandchild­ren and five greatgrand­children, James’ daughter, Jamie Huffman Jones, with her husband David, and their daughter, Arden Marissa Jones; Robert’s daughter, Lindsay LeAnn Bush English, and her husband, Leif, and son, Adrian Diver; Sharon’s daughter, Mary Elizabeth Calhoun Smith, and Jason; Richard’s children, Richard K. Huffman Jr., Amber Dawn Huffman Bray, and husband, Jake, and their daughters, Logan Marie, Meredith Faye, and sons, Dexter Charles, and Nathaniel Rhys; and last, but not least, son, Holden Luke Elijah Huffman.

There are several step-family members: in Jim’s family, Richie and Steve Lewellen and their children; Robert’s family, Brandi, Ashley and Lizzy Eckel and their children; Sharon’s family, Kevin and Keith (deceased), and Susan, Keith’s wife, and children, Madison Louella, and Ethan Wayne Calhoun; Richard’s family, Brent, James, and Brandi Lindeman Cline and children Leah, Natalie, and Tate, and several stepgrandc­hildren.

There were 10 children in her family, Paul, Mary, Helen, Howard, Jack, Jim, Rita, and Garry, that have passed on; and twin sister, Barbara “Bobby” Loriaux of Rogers, and many nieces and nephews. She has many friends that she loves dearly.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 10th, 2024, at Believers’ Baptist Church at 924 S. C St. (on the corner of Mulberry and C St.) in Rogers, Ark., at 1 p.m., pastor Jeff Simpson officiatin­g.
