The Trojans men’s soccer team won their first playoff game in school’s history, Division 2A - Bandy (No. 24) beating Noth Forsyth (No. 9) 2 to 0.
Next stop, Bandys (14-7-1) heads to Patton (19-2-3) this Thursday, Nov. 2, in the 2nd Round of the 2A West State Playoffs. Patton is ranked 8th in the state. Match time is slated for 6 p.m.
This year, other records have been broken. Senior team captain, Joshua Ramirez, broke the school record in goals scored in one season, sitting at 42 goals after Monday’s
first goal to energize the underdog team to victory in Winston-Salem.
