Auditions for The Great Mother Goose Mystery are set for January 13th

Auditions for The Great Mother Goose Mystery at The Green Room Community Theatre are coming soon. The Green Room Performance Ensemble, our all-youth acting troupe, The Green Room Performance Ensemble brings The Great Mother Goose Mystery to life on our mainstage for a limited run! You may think you know all the nursery rhymes, but when the classics go sideways, there’s only one goose for the chase!

Auditions for the show will be on January 13 from 2-4 pm and January 14 from 6 to 8 pm. This production will be directed John David Brown, III and Grace Bollinger. Roles, including ensemble and principals, are available for youth who are reading age until age 18. All ethnicities are welcome.

For auditions, please prepare a funny short story or monologue around 30 seconds in length. There will also be improv games as well as cold reads.

You must be available for all performances which are scheduled for March 26 & 27, 2024. Please bring your list of rehearsal conflicts with you. You MUST be able to attend all of the tech week (the week before the show opens) unless in rare emergency cases an exception is approved before being cast by the director. Please bring a list of your rehearsal conflicts to auditions. Conflicts do not necessarily exclude you from a role.
