Peoples Bank names David Reitzel and Dane Robinson “Volunteers of the Year”
Peoples Bank is pleased to recognize David Reitzel, President of Community Bank Real Estate Solutions, and Dane Robinson, Business Development Officer, as its outstanding Volunteers of the Year.
Reitzel’s dedication to giving back has earned him this honor for the second consecutive year. As a golf coach at University Christian High School in Hickory, NC, he goes beyond teaching the fundamentals of swing and follow-through and focuses on instilling valuable life lessons in his students. Believing in their unique abilities, Reitzel empowers them to reach their full potential both academically and professionally. His contributions extend to serving Meals on Wheels and advocating for local businesses on the legislative committee of The Chamber of Catawba County.
Robinson has also made a significant impact on his community. As a lacrosse coach at Charlotte Catholic High School, he witnesses firsthand the growth and development of children as they acquire new skills and learn the value of teamwork. In addition, Robinson has educated students about financial wellness at South Charlotte Middle School and West Lincoln High School, through engaging classroom presentations.
