24/7 access at two of the YMCA of Catawba Valley branches
The YMCA of Catawba Valley is proud to offer a 24/7 access membership at two of its branches, attending to the diverse needs of its members. By signing up for a 24/7 access membership, our members have roundthe-clock access to fitness facilities, allowing for greater flexibility in achieving health and wellness goals.
With 24/7 access at Phifer Family YMCA and Adrian L. Shuford, Jr. YMCA branches, the YMCA of Catawba Valley continues its commitment to providing convenient and accessible services to its members. This initiative reflects the YMCA’s dedication to supporting the community in leading healthy and active lifestyles, regardless of busy schedules or time constraints.
“We understand that our members lead busy lives, and this expansion of services aims to empower them to prioritize their health and fitness goals on their own time. With this enhanced service, we are reinforcing our commitment to fostering a healthier community,” said Kara Jones, Executive Director of Adrian L. Shuford Jr. YMCA.
In addition to the 24/7 access, enhanced security measures were also put in place. Members will have access to state-of-the-art fitness equipment and group exercise areas allowing them to customize their workout routines to fit their individual preferences and schedules.
This expansion of membership benefits within the YMCA of Catawba Valley’s ongoing efforts to adapt to the evolving needs of its members and the community at large. By offering 24/7 access, the YMCA aims to break down barriers to fitness and make it easier for individuals from all walks of life to prioritize their health and well-being.
