The ren­o­va­tions of the Mi­ami Beach Con­ven­tion Cen­ter have been chal­leng­ing as any great ren­o­va­tion project is; how­ever once the fa­cil­ity is com­plete it will be a state of the art venue that is not only an ex­cel­lent rep­re­sen­ta­tion of Swimshow, but an in­cred­i­ble ve­hi­cle for the city and its in­ter­na­tional busi­ness.

Most an­tic­i­pated, is the re­turn and the ex­pan­sion of THE COL­LEC­TION, a cu­rated, pol­ished fash­ion en­vi­ron­ment de­signed as a tradeshow within the tradeshow, fea­tur­ing the best high-end, pro­gres­sive brands and di­rec­tional, in­de­pen­dent de­sign­ers. Cre­ated to high­light each in­di­vid­ual brand’s iden­tity with an em­pha­sis on the look and crafts­man­ship of the prod­uct, what is con­sis­tent about each of the juried show’s par­tic­i­pants is the su­pe­rior level of aes­thetic, style, and fit. Due to over­whelm­ing de­mand, we have in­creased both the num­ber of par­tic­i­pants and the al­lo­cated space for this year’s col­lec­tion area. Buy­ers will have an op­por­tu­nity to en­gage with brands in a one-on-one in­ti­mate en­vi­ron­ment that will al­low them to gar­ner per­sonal in­sight into the col­lec­tions. They will also en­joy VIP ameni­ties within the beau­ti­fully en­cased lux­ury oa­sis in­clud­ing cham­pagne but­ler ser­vice, a lux­u­ri­ous lounge area, and free ac­cess to wi-fi (also avail­able through­out the trade show.)

The en­tire show this year is re­ally go­ing to be elec­tri­fy­ing. Ev­ery sam­ple we’ve re­ceived, ev­ery look­book, each brand has been telling a new story and it feels as though there is a buzz of cre­ative en­ergy that has in­fused the in­dus­try in a new and un­prece­dented way. As pro­duc­ers of this phe­nom­e­nal event, we are look­ing for­ward to the July tradeshow with an­tic­i­pa­tion so that our ex­hibitors can fi­nally share these amaz­ing col­lec­tions with the in­ter­na­tional buy­ers, press and in­flu­encers!
