As you boat-watch along the water, try a selection of cold or hot dishes, like the white fish tiradito or the juicy duck breast, to keep you satiated. Drinks here contain the usual suspects—whiskey, vodka, or gin—but with a Japanese twist, mixing in Asian ingredients like yuzu juice and orange blossom water.
