Ex­pectwhen you ex­cep­tiona­len­ter chef taste Shuji Hiyakawa’s swanky new lair, Dashi, lo­cated in­side the ex­clu­sive River Yacht Club. As you boat-watch along the wa­ter, try a se­lec­tion of cold or hot dishes, like the white fish tira­dito or the juicy duck breast, to keep you sa­ti­ated. Drinks here con­tain the usual sus­pects—whiskey, vodka, or gin—but with a Ja­panese twist, mix­ing in Asian in­gre­di­ents like yuzu juice and or­ange blos­som wa­ter.
